Rocket Boost Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 1, 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rocket Boost’s website and digital products, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Digital Product License & Usage

Rocket Boost grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our digital products for personal or business purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership over any Rocket Boost content.
Voyager Templates – Cannot be modified.
Explorer Templates – Can be modified via Canva.
Commander Templates – Fully customized for the customer by Rocket Boost. If desired, the purchaser can make additional modifications after receiving the templates via Canva.
● No templates may be resold.

AI-Generated Modifications Restriction
Rocket Boost templates may not be altered, modified, or customized using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, software, or automated editing programs. Any AI-generated modifications violate this agreement and may result in account suspension or legal action.

3. Account & User Responsibilities

● Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a purchase.
● Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
● Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of Rocket Boost products may result in account
suspension or legal action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, website content, and branding are the exclusive property of Rocket Boost. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification (outside of allowed permissions) is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rocket Boost is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products. Products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Modifications to Terms

Rocket Boost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States.

Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).


● Arbitration shall take place in Nashville,Tennessee, United States.
● The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
● Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.

By using Rocket Boost’s services, you waive your right to bring any disputes before a court, including a trial by jury, except as required by law.
